The Navori Extranet will send out automated email messages in response to various activities.
IMPORTANT: Do not respond to extranet email messages. This is an automated system and there is no one monitoring this inbox.
You must respond via the Extranet's support ticket system.
Account creation & sales assignment
- You will receive a confirmation email whenever you create a new account:
Subject: New Navori.com account confirmation - Your account will then be assigned to one of our sales managers.

Payment reminders & payment received
A series of emails will be sent out to your financial contact as well as your general contact.

When Navori transfers a end-user to you
- Whenever Navori transfers you a end-user, they will receive an email with your contact information. You will receive a copy of this email.
Quote reminder
- You will receive this email whenever a quote is about to expire. Quotes are usually valid for one month but this can be extended if required.

Software trial confirmation
- You will receive this confirmation email whenever you create a QL Express software trial.
Subject: Software trial confirmation
Cloud license expiration
- You will receive this email whenever a cloud license is about to expire. This is a reminder to renew your license before the expiry date.
Order confirmation
- You will receive this confirmation email when your order is confirmed. Software download instructions will be included.

- You will receive this email whenever a Navori Labs support technician replies to your message.

On-Premise SLA expiration
- You will receive this email whenever an on-premise license's support agreement is about to expire.
Hardware shipment confirmation
- You will receive this confirmation email whenever your hardware order has been shipped. This email will include the shipping date, tracking number and any other relevant information.
