How to transfer perpetual licenses

1. Register your customer (if not already done).
2. You must have perpetual (on-premise) licenses in your account.

• If you currently have licenses ready to transfer, see steps below.
• If you don't already have any licenses to transfer, you must purchase QL Server and QL Player perpetual licenses + add-on modules.

3. Transfer purchased licenses to your customers.

Transferring perpetual licenses (QL Player)

1. Click Search to locate the customer you wish to transfer the license to. If you don't enter a search criteria, all your customers will appear in the results.
2. Locate the customer in the list and click Transfer to complete the process. The license will now be assigned to your customer.

1. Click My Licenses.
2. Click the Search field to show all the licenses you purchased, or you can enter a search criteria,
3. Click ID for the Server you wish to transfer your QL Player licenses from.
   
   
4. To transfer multiple licenses at a time, click the selection buttons on the left and click Transfer Selected or click the corresponding Transfer link on the right to transfer individual licenses.
5. The Transfer Player page will open. Click Search to see the list of all the servers you can transfer this player license to.
   
   
   
   In the example below, we are transferring the player license to a different server.
   
   
   
   
6. When the transfer is complete, you will see a notice appear in the upper right corner of your screen.
